"You", "End User", "your", "Buyer" or "Customer" must carefully read and accept all the terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions", "Terms" or "Agreement") and the linked Privacy Policy before using www.fauve.pk ("Site", "FAUVE", "FAUVE Online Store", "we" or "our"). The Site lets you explore, choose and buy clothing and accessories ("Goods" or "Products").

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and its associated sites, services and tools. They become effective upon acceptance and govern the relationship between you and FAUVE Fashion Resources, registered as an AOP in Pakistan with its registered office in Karachi, Pakistan (the "Company"), for the sale and supply of any Products on the Site. If these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other document, these Terms and Conditions will prevail for use of the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. "Acceptance" means any action by you that shows you accept these terms, such as ticking the check box and clicking "continue" on the registration page.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on the Site. Updates will be shared on the website or by email. The revised version takes effect once it is posted, and your continued use of the Site means you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If the revised Agreement includes a Substantial Change, we will give you 30 days' notice in line with your notification preferences. "Substantial Change" means a change that materially affects your rights or responsibilities. Please check these terms regularly for updates.

Using the Site

Please read these terms carefully, as they form a binding contract between the Company and you. By visiting, using or shopping on the Site (or any future site operated by the Company), you accept these terms. When you use current or future services of the Company or buy from any affiliated business or third-party vendor, their guidelines and conditions also apply, and they will prevail if there is any inconsistency.

As a condition of purchase, the Site asks for permission to send you administrative and promotional emails. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the UNSUBSCRIBE link in our emails. See our Privacy Policy for details. Offers in promotional emails or SMS/MMS messages may change at the Company's discretion without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to the Site's standard restrictions and the conditions below.

The Company is not responsible for third-party vendor services or products and gives no warranty for the quality, safety or usability of any product or service supplied by a third party. For services or activities that may carry a risk of bodily harm, the End User accepts responsibility for using them.

Sale: Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to online sale orders:

  • No monetary refunds; items can be exchanged for defects only.
  • Delivery charges, starting from Rs. 300, apply to all orders.
  • A customer can place only 2 orders within 24 hours.
  • The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 1,000; orders below this value will not be processed.
  • The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is Rs. 49,999. For larger orders, please use one of our prepaid payment options.
